Seed Heads was designed and created specifically for the Queen's Collection. The brief was to create a functional piece of silver tableware. Seed Heads is a sculptural centre piece inspired by both the ceremony and grandeur of the Great Hall and by the surrounding natural environment.
Seed Heads creates a silver landscape for the dining table. The piece is enhanced by user interaction. The piece constantly evolves as the user discovers how the salt and pepper are dispersed and determines the repositioning of the silver pieces in the wooden base.
